We collect account details, contact details, profile settings, authentication records, predictions, bets, paddock activity, rewards activity, payment metadata from Stripe, device and security logs, support messages, and compliance information when a feature legally requires it.

We use personal information to operate the prediction platform, maintain POINTS balances, process purchases and Premium trials, prevent abuse, run referral and return rewards, provide support, keep audit records, comply with legal obligations, and improve public pages and product flows.

Referral links and reward records connect an inviter, a referred user, referral code, qualifying bet, race, reward amount, and credit status. POINTS are internal platform points, are not money, and are not redeemable for fiat, crypto, tokens, or other digital assets.

Public-page Google Analytics runs only after consent. Product analytics is configured to mask sensitive fields such as email, wallet, payment, balance, and reference identifiers. You can block cookies or clear local storage in your browser, but some account features may require essential cookies.

We do not sell personal information. We share data with service providers only when needed to run FR1Bet, including Supabase for database and authentication, Stripe for payments, analytics providers where consent or configuration allows it, hosting providers, security vendors, support tools, and legal or compliance providers.

We use access controls, row-level security, server-side service credentials, audit logs, encryption in transit, and operational monitoring designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

We retain account, ledger, reward, security, payment, and compliance records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, detect fraud, satisfy audit and legal obligations, and enforce platform rules. Some records may be retained after account deletion when required for legal, tax, anti-abuse, or dispute reasons.

Depending on your location, including Costa Rica and the EEA, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or withdrawal of consent. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records where law, security, accounting, fraud prevention, or disputes require it.

FR1Bet is operated from Costa Rica and uses service providers that may process information in other countries. Where required, we use contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards for international transfers.
